Shipping and Handling policy
Shipments dispatch Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays only; transit times do not include weekends. You will receive a USPS tracking number from email@example.com. PLEASE NOTE: firstname.lastname@example.org is not a monitored email address. All merchandise-related concerns should be sent to email@example.com.
Standard Ground Delivery (2-8 business days from date of shipment)
First Class Mail (1-3 business days from date of shipment)
Priority Mail (1-3 business days from date of shipment, depending on your location)
Priority Mail Express (1 business day from date of shipment)
All shipments originate out of Nashville, TN. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location to the shipment's origin.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a product refund of the product cost, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a product refund if received by January 31st. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
You will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. All refunds go to the original purchaser.
A product refund of the product cost will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
Exchanges can only be equal or lesser value of the original purchased product.
Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn.
Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable.

All returns should be sent to Crom Tidwell Merchandising, 2602 Grissom Drive, Nashville, TN 37204. You will receive email confirmation when the refund or exchange is processed.
